Tiffany Weitien (張維恬) is a Taiwanese American activist, musician, and writer from the San Francisco Bay Area. Most recently, she served as Advocacy and Policy Manager at the Asian American Federation, where she was responsible for driving campaigns to empower and protect Asian Americans, who have the highest poverty and deportation rates in New York City. As a musician, she has performed domestically and internationally in 7 different countries, and in 2018 released an album, “Raise the River,” under the French label Rogueart, receiving Honorable Mention for Best New Album in the New York City Jazz Record. She was formerly Government and Community Engagement Coordinator for Lincoln Center for the Performing Arts, and an associate at a political consulting firm.
Tiffany holds a Bachelor of Music in jazz studies from NYU, and a Master of Public Administration from Columbia University School of International and Public Affairs (SIPA).
